We cater to groups of all sizes at our national paintball centres. Whether you are visiting individually or with a small squad, you can always join in the action by being grouped with other players to form larger teams.

• Private Game Eligibility: If you book 50 or more players at a national paintball centre, you will be entitled to a private game. This provides your group with exclusive access to game zones and dedicated marshals to manage your sessions.
• Small Group Private Games: Should you wish to arrange a private paintball game for less than 50 people, please contact our event coordinators on 0203 869 9135. Please note that private games for groups under 50 players will incur an additional cost to cover dedicated staffing and exclusive field use.
• Subject to Availability: All private game requests, regardless of group size, are strictly subject to availability. We recommend booking well in advance to secure your preferred date and session.
• Advanced Booking Requirements: Due to specific staffing and field requirements, all private games must be arranged in advance. This ensures we have dedicated staff available for your exclusive use.

Whether you are a solo player or a group of hundreds, we can accommodate you. There is no minimum or maximum group size for our standard sessions.

• Joining the Action: Most groups are joined together with other players on the day to form larger teams. This ensures a high-energy atmosphere and more exciting game scenarios.

• Private Games: If you would like a private game exclusively for your group, you typically need a minimum of 50 players. Private sessions are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee; please contact our booking office to discuss your requirements.

• Midweek Bookings: While our centres are open every weekend, we can open mid-week for larger groups. These bookings usually require a minimum spend or player count to open the centre specifically for your event.

• Solo Players & Small Groups: You are always welcome! We regularly host individuals and small parties, mixing you in with players of a similar age and experience level.

While we occasionally accept last-minute bookings, we highly recommend booking at least 10–14 days in advance, especially for Saturdays and Sundays, which frequently sell out.

Delta Force Paintball UK centres are generally open 7 days a week, 364 days a year. We operate in almost all weather conditions to provide year-round action for our players.

Delta Force Paintball offers safe, age-appropriate sessions for players starting from 7 years old. Our activities are divided into two categories based on equipment and intensity:

• Mini-ball (Ages 7–10): A specialised, low-impact version of the game. We use lightweight, spring-loaded markers and smaller paintballs designed specifically for younger children. This ensures a fun, non-intimidating introduction to paintball.

• Standard Paintball (Ages 10+): Our traditional paintball experience using full-size equipment.

Safety & Insurance: Our 100% safety record and 5-star UKPBA accreditation ensure that players of all ages are protected. While our insurance covers all players, we suggest that parents of 7 or 8-year-olds consider if their child is comfortable with an active, outdoor environment. We understand that plans can change at the last minute. While all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, we aim to ensure you don’t lose out:

• Credit for Future Use: If a player is unable to attend on the day, their payment value can be carried forward as a credit on your booking profile. This credit can be applied to a future paintball booking at any of our centres.

• Paintball Allocations: Please note that any paintball allocations or equipment included in the package for a “no-show” player are forfeited on the day. These cannot be transferred to or shared among other players in your group.

• Notification: If you know in advance that your numbers have changed, please contact our booking office as soon as possible so we can update your profile.

To ensure your belongings are kept safe while you are on the field, we provide secure storage facilities at all of our national locations.

• Locker Hire Lockers are available to hire for a small charge at each of our national paintball centres. These are designed to hold personal items and valuables.

• How to Hire To secure a locker, please visit the on-site shop upon arrival to hire a key. We recommend doing this during the registration process to ensure you are ready for the safety briefing.

• Valuables and Car Keys We strongly recommend using these lockers to store your valuables, car keys, and any spare clothing. This keeps them clean, dry, and secure while you are active in the game zones.

• Large Bags While we provide lockers for essentials, we suggest leaving large or non-essential items in your locked vehicle to ensure locker space remains available for all guests.

Yes. Free on-site parking is available, though spaces can be limited during peak periods. We strongly recommend carpooling where possible.

To ensure your group stays hydrated and energised, please note our on-site facilities:

• On-Site Shop: Our base camp shops are fully stocked with a wide selection of cold drinks, bottled water, energy drinks, and snacks (chocolates, crisps, and sweets) available for purchase.

No. Delta Force Paintball operates a strict zero-alcohol policy at all our national centres to ensure the safety of all participants.

• Safety & Insurance: Due to the physical nature of paintball and our commitment to a 5-star safety record, alcohol is strictly prohibited in both the base camp and the game zones. Our insurance policies require all players to be fully alert and unimpaired.

• Entry Requirements: Any player who is found to be under the influence of alcohol, or who attempts to bring alcohol onto the premises, will be excluded from the event and asked to leave the centre immediately without a refund.

• Post-Game Celebrations: While we want you to enjoy your day, we ask that you save any alcoholic celebrations for after you have left our venue.

• Credit Flexibility: This credit is valid for a future booking date at any of our available locations.

• Fully Transferable: The credit may be used by the original customer or transferred to another person.

• Safety Standards: Decisions to postpone are only made if a Centre Manager deems conditions unsafe for players or staff.

While wellington boots are waterproof, they typically lack the necessary ankle support for running. Old trainers are acceptable, but sandals, flip-flops, and open-toed shoes are strictly prohibited.

• Clothing: Wear old, comfortable clothing (such as tracksuits or leggings) underneath the full-body combat suit we provide. We highly recommend bringing a complete change of clothes and a towel for the end of the day.

• Professional Safety Gear (Included): Your admission includes our industry-leading protection: full-head goggles, bespoke body armour, and a combat suit with an integrated padded neck collar.

• Armoured Gloves: While we protect your head and body, your hands remain a sensitive area. Armoured gloves are available for purchase at our on-site shop to provide maximum protection during gameplay.

• Paintball Markers (Guns): You may bring your own marker to our national centres only if you have booked a Private Game. The marker must be compatible with Delta Force gas bottles and will be subject to a mandatory chronograph test to ensure it meets our safe firing-speed limits.

• Gas Cylinders (Strict Policy): We DO NOT allow customers to bring their own gas cylinders to any of our centres under any circumstances. This is a strict safety protocol to ensure the integrity of the equipment on-site.

• Paintballs: For safety and insurance reasons, we operate a “Site-Only” paint policy. Only paintballs purchased at the centre may be used.

• Armoured Gloves: Many regular players choose to bring their own armoured gloves, or you can purchase a professional pair at our on-site shop.

No. For health, safety, and environmental reasons, only paintballs issued by Delta Force on the day of your event may be used.

• Quality & Safety: We ensure our paintballs are fresh and stored correctly so they break on impact. Paintballs taken off-site cannot be brought back and used at a later date, as we cannot verify their storage conditions or safety once they leave our care.

• Environmental Protection: We use only fully biodegradable paintballs to protect the local woodland ecosystems.

• Banking Unused Paint: If you have paintballs left over at the end of your session, you don’t have to lose them! You can leave them with the Centre Manager, who will credit the remaining amount to your booking profile for use on your next visit.
